THE IDZ JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING PRECINCT
The Gauteng IDZ has commissioned the establishment of a Jewellery Manufacturing Precinct (JMP) in the OR Tambo International Airport vicinity.The mixed-use development of some 30 295 m² of high security infrastructure space, which includes industry-specific facilities for precious metal processing and jewellery manufacturing.
uMnini Quantity Surveyors were appointed as part of a consortium to design, develop and deliver the Phase 1project, which is the provision of bulk civil infrastructure and building platforms for the precinct.
