Her career started in 2003 as a junior quantity Surveyor at Hardstone Mthethwa Quantity Surveyors in Secunda, Mpumalanga where she gained training in building projects and civil infrastructure projects. She joined NPK Quantity Surveyors in 2006 in Bryanston, Gauteng where she served as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial building projects (Randfontein Shopping Centre, Multichoice Customer Service Building). She then joined Sefako Group in 2009 where she gained a wealth of experience in Project Management and was afforded a role of Head of QS department reporting to the company CEO.
