Project Management

Programme Management
We offer programme management services to public sector clients to enhance the government’s ability to deliver projects and services by enhancing the client ’s technical in-house capacity.We advise the client on all project matters in the area of conditions assessments, stakeholder consultations, social facilitation, environmental requirements, programme roll-out.
RDP Housing Projects Administration Services
The Subsidy administration process is an activity that shall last for the duration of an RDP project. Community participation is encouraged and a Project Steering Committee (PSC) composed of all stake holders is usually formed at the inception. One of its main functions is to facilitate the process of indigent beneficiary verification, through identification and securing of venues where this process will take place. Stakeholder management is critical component to the successful delivery of any project, programme or activity.
Social Facilitation And Field Work
Our role is to maintain constructive relationships with the contractor, community and other stakeholders by influencing expectations and gaining appropriate results from everyone involved. It is critical that everyone involved in the programme to keep the ultimate benefactor of these RDP houses (communities and indigent beneficiaries) in mind through every stage of structural design and construction. We aim to communicate, consult, plan and build relationships,compromise, understand the end goal and take responsibility for the successful benefaction process of the project.
